Vapour blasting

We offer standard pricing for the items listed, but we can of course quote for a multitude of other items

Prices quoted are based on the items being supplied in component form and free from grease, oil and paint

please note - we do not vapour blast carburettors, the glass media can potentially get into jet passageways, even if blocked up where they will become irretrievable, we highly advise AGAINST vapour blasting carburetors, and offer ultrasonic cleaning for this application

after blasting parts are ultrasonically cleaned and then jet washed, and air blasted to remove glass media from any holes or bores - however we don't 100% guarantee there wont be media in small recesses - it is advised to either send items with fasteners secure into threaded holes and/or to chase out tapped holes upon return of your item

for in house engine builds, this is our responsibility, for mail ordered vapour blasting, it is the customers responsibility to fully inspect engine, or other critical components before assembly
