Vesrah XX compound pads have a slightly softer initial bite at low lever pressures when compared to the SS and even moreso the ZZ compounds, but this soft pickup rapidly builds with a progressive ramp up into massive stopping power!

The XX compound stand in the middle of the ZZ compound (lowest) and SS compound (highest) in terms of heat withstand capabilities - with the ZZ compound being sharp and aggressive from very cold, great for tracks with long straights leading into very hard braking areas, and the SS compound having the highest endurance for extended periods of high temperatures, where the brakes are constantly being used for long periods with no cool down periods. the XX compound is the perfect middle ground, particularly where gentle modulation is needed for twisty tracks requiring well metered trail braking
