At TBR we are main dealers and authorised service agents for all the top level brands of suspension - we are equipped with factory tooling and service equipment, and only use OEM spec, or higher service and upgrade items
All prices include the normal service parts for loose shocks - if anything is found needing extra, we will be in contact to discuss any additional costs
all items are return shipped via Parcelforce 48 - or you can choose to collect at checkout

We offer 3 levels of shock servicing
Bleed & re-gas
Particularly for oem shocks & race shocks with bladder reservoirs - Nitrogen gas in the reservoir chamber permeates through the bladder and into the shock fluid, this drastically reduces perfomances, particularly in modern shocks that already run at low reservoir pressures. Without needing to go into a full strip down and incur unnecessary costs, We advise this service as a minimum to keep your shock working as it should
Maintenance
- Complete strip down of the shock -
- inspect all components for wear and degredation
- Clean and inspect shims
- lap the main piston
- manually hone the main shaft
- Replace all seals/bushes
- Refill and regas on our ktech shock filling machine
Factory refresh
- Complete strip down of the shock -
- inspect all components for wear and degredation
- Flat the main piston
- Micro hone main shaft on lathe
- Replace all seals/bushes
- Replace all shims
- Micro hone shock body
- Replace bladder (as applicable)
- replace bump stop (as applicable)
- Refill and regas on our ktech shock filling machine
