At TBR we are main dealers and authorised service agents for all the top level brands of suspension - we are equipped with factory tooling and service equipment, and only use OEM spec, or higher service and upgrade items

All prices include the normal service parts for loose forks - if anything is found needing extra, we will be in contact to discuss any additional costs

all items are return shipped via Parcelforce 48 - or you can choose to collect at checkout

We offer 3 levels of forks servicing

Oil & seals

to get you back on the road when your fork seals are leaking, this is our most basic service. Oil will be fully drained, replaced with the correct weight for your fork and riding, and new main seals AND dust seals, minimum OEM spec NOK seals, or higher

Maintenance

• Complete strip down of the forks
• Inspect all components for wear and degredation
• Replace main seals, dust seals & oil
• Flat pistons
• Check and clean all shims
• Manually hone the stanchions
• Check forks for straightness

Factory refresh

• Complete strip down of the forks
• Inspect all components for wear and degredation
• Replace main seals, dust seals & oil
• Flat pistons
• Check and clean all shims
• Micro hone stanchions and tubes
• Micro hone cartridges and piston rods
• Replace all shims
• Check forks for straightness
• Re-assemble with base settings
