Brembo RCS19 Corsa Corta Master Cylinder

The Brembo RCS19 Corsa Corta master cylinder is an evolution of the renowned RCS19 master cylinder

As with the basic RCS19, the unit is created by drop forging a piece of aluminium billet into the basic final shape, before CNC machining the internal dimensions then finally black oxide finished ready for assembly.

Ten years after the appearance of the RCS, Brembo introduces the RCS Corsa Corta brake pump. On top of the span and ratio adjustment of the original design, the Corsa Corta allows you to adjust the very first part of the lever travel, by adjustment of the free play in the initial lever pull.

The RCS Corsa Corta has the possibility of calibrating this parameter on three positions(R-S-N),

- Position R "Race" the idle stroke is minimized, the lever will be have zero free play.

-S position "Sport" the idle stroke is in an intermediate position, as is the feeling at the lever.

- Position N "Normal" the free play of the stroke is greater, therefore there will be a wider modulation and a smoother braking attack.

Brembo forged master cylinders are made for racing - they are assembled with precision to ensure there is no dead lever travel in the system

Aftermarket master cylinders use a different thread pitch banjo bolt, to OEM master cylinders, remember to add one to your order from the accessories category if needed!
