BSD manufacture switchgear used in the highest levels of racing - the switches are precision machined from billet aluminium for high impact resistance and electrical integrity, and all buttons & switches are IP67, meaning they can be literally submerged in water and still operate correctly - these are the highest quality switchgear assemblies on the market.

This 6 button switch is designed for use on race/track bikes where the road functions such as lights, turn signals and horn are not needed.

Wiring - No modification of the bike wiring is necessary, this kit plugs directly into the connectors of the standard loom via our LIN BUS interface which is programmed to be 100% compatible with the existing bike electronics, so no diagnostic warning lights

GPS / lap timing – The standard switch provides a manual lap timer ‘start’ via the flash function, this is also re-created on our switch but we also provide an option to plug in a separate GPS lap timer KT170 which has large memory of built in track finish lines, as well as an easy to set ‘record’ button for creating new finish line positions. This is NOT supplied as part of this kit but is available as a separate 'plug and play' item. See accessories below

Mount – This assembly mounts directly onto the clutch post to save space on the handlebar for brake adjusters and thumb brakes

Type 'C' switches mount directly onto the clutch post using the two original clamp screws and a new dedicated clamp.

The clamp is supplied free with each switch, with the default clamp matching the bolt pattern of the standard clutch, but you are free to choose an alternative clamp at the time of ordering at no extra cost.

We have clamps for:

CL-A 32mm in-line bolt spacing - Standard
CL-B 30mm + 7mm offset bolt spacing
CL-F 30mm in-line as found on Accosato / Hel
BR-G Generic clamp for any 21.8 > 22.2 mm handlebar (does not mount on the brake pump
CL-J 32mm + 6mm offset bolt spacing - Beringer

Unless otherwise specified we will supply the CL-A clamp for this application.

Clamps may be bought separately should you change this part at a future time, there is no need to replace the switch assembly
