Accossato PZ005 CNC Race Calipers 100mm

The PZ005 race caliper, is Accossatos flagship race caliper, used at the highest levels of racing in WSBK and moto-GP, fully CNC machined, from billet 7075 aluminium monoblocs design, with 100mm hole centres, for universal fitment for european and late model Japanese superbike radial forks. please select, left caliper, right, or a pair of calipers.

These calipers are full race spec, they are made from high grade 7075 Aluminium - have drilled titanium pistons, to minimise heat transfer to the calipers and fluid, and minimise weight. there are no dust seals in these calipers, to allow for faster response at the lever and minimise any drag on the pistons which can cause pads to drag on the discs and increase temperatures - because there are no dust seals, maintenance is important with these calipers, and they should be cleaned at the end of each day of use.

The calipers have been designed to guarantee the lightest possible Weight, The optimal level of rigidity of the body and the best capacity of heat dissipation generated by the braking process. the rigidity of the calipers allows for large 34/38mm diameter pistons, for maximum hydraulic ratio between master cylinder and caliper, without suffering from excessive lever travel due to caliper flex

The caliper body is 100% controlled by tridimentional lab machines and later it is treated with a hard anodised or Nickel plate coating. This ensures a long-lasting resistance. There are 2 pads for each caliper, and you can select your desired compound from the menu
