ACCOSSATO MASTER CYLINDER - CNC - REVOLUTION LEVER 19mm BORE

The CNC Billet master cylinder, is Accossato's flagship master cylinder CNC machined from a single piece of solid 7075 Alloy billet. Now with a choice of natural anodising or black anodised body. The CNC machining process allows for super critical tolerances, to give superior sealing properties, which particularly show up during hard track use. the Lever is adjustable for distance from the bar, and also lever length (the lever is segmented, segments can be added or removed)

We recommend the 19x18 ratio for all aftermarket race calipers, and for all monoblock OEM calipers - there are a few Exceptions with oem calipers that are two piece, bolt together construction. Please use the contact form if you need bike specific advice

• The differences between a forged master cylinder and CNC master seem insignificant on paper, but are clear on track. There is NO dead lever travel with these master cylinder, the system is pressurised as soon as the lever is pulled with no slop in the system.
• There is little to zero fade under extreme use - as brake fluid temperature goes up, it's viscosity goes down, and this makes it harder to keep the system fully sealed and pressurised - this is the cause of the common complaint of lever feel getting softer as the race goes on. To combat this, quite often we will see track riders/racers, sacrificing feel, by fitting a firmer lever ratio to the machine - this master cylinder remains constant from lap 1 until the finish, and thus allows a softer lever ratio, more power and more feel without the downside of excessive lever travel

This master cylinder is used in top level racing in BSB, WSBK and by many other national championship SBK teams.

Note:

Aftermarket master cylinders use a different thread pitch banjo bolt, to OEM master cylinders, remember to add one to your order if needed!
