The CNC Billet master cylinder, is Accossato's flagship master cylinder CNC machined from a single piece of solid 7075 Alloy billet. the CNC machining process allows for super critical tolerances, to give superior sealing properties, which particularly show up during hard track use. the Lever is adjustable for distance from the bar

It's important to select the correct bore and lever ratio, for your application. a larger lever ratio gives a firmer feel with less travel, at the expense of braking force, and vice versa

For race bikes with twin radial calipers, 19x18 ratio will suit the vast majority of riders and caliper combinations

For road bikes with twin radial calipers, the following general rule can be followed:

• each caliper has 4 pistons 32mm or above - select 19x20
• each caliper has 2 pistons 32mm or above and 2 piston 30 or below - select 19x18
• each caliper has 4 pistons 30mm or below (R1/R6/CBR1000RR/Brembo M50) - select 19x18

Some bikes with axial calipers, suffer from quite severe flex issues and the above rule doesn't always apply - generally we would advice going 1 ratio higher than would be selected for radial calipers

Aftermarket master cylinders use a different thread pitch banjo bolt, to OEM master cylinders, remember to add one to your order if needed!
