The accossato CF018 range clutch perch comes with a folding lever and an integrated 3 wire switch
the clutch lever and perch is available in different lever ratios - the distance is measured from the centre of the pivot pin to the centre of the clutch cable nipple hole -
a smaller pivot distance will give a softer clutch operation that requires the lever to travel further to fully disengage the clutch
a larger number will make the clutch harder to pull but requires a smaller distance to operate the clutch and allows the lever to be closer to the bar
If the number is too small for your particular bike, you may experience clutch drag when at a standstill, or in extreme cases difficulties changing down gears when riding if the clutch doesn't disengage adequately
if the number is too large, the lever will be difficult to pull in and cause rider fatigue/arm pump
if you are unsure, measure the distance of your stock setup, and choose the closest lever ratio number to the standard setup we can advise on more extreme changes if needed
